Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Carefree, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, and Cave Creek. I am familiar with most of the homes for sale in these areas, in particular those homes that exude some character, charm, or some other special characteristic that is not within the "cookie cutter" variety...in short, I look for the unique homes, the diamond in the rough that separates one home from the thousands of others out there in the marketplace. My listings range from a Santa Fe-style Adobe-like charmer on a golf course in Carefree with dead-on views of Black Mountain on 1 acre for $890,000, to a state-of-the-art one of a kind masterpiece with views as far as the eye can see for $5 million.
Personal
I was born and raised in Oklahoma and Colorado. I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing. After living and working in Los Angeles in the entertainment business (talent management, public relations, and production), and having had enough of that business, as well as the"rat race" lifestyle that is Southern California, I moved back to Arizona in 2003 to pursue a career in Real Estate. I have never regretted it for a moment. There is something about the "tranquility" of living in desert that is unlike any I have ever enjoyed. I am here to stay. | |
